1.25 mile run to Dishman
Main set:
1x100 warm-up
4x100 - 12 breath rest
4x75 - 8 breath rest
5x50 - 6 breath rest...I lost count
2x100 - 4 breath rest
Total yardage:
1250 total...and I felt good throughout the workout!
Cool down
1.25 mile run home
After getting a 20 punch pass to Matt Dishman pool for Christmas, I was pumped about going swimming; however, I got scared about this 1/3 of tri training because my last swimming effort one month ago was abysmal. However, I finally sucked it up and went again...and today was a good start to my swimming training.
