PDX Tri - Feb Swim Wednesdays

From Feb 3

Warm-up:
300 swim + 100 kick + 200 swim + 100 drill of choice

Warm-up set:
6 x 100 descending: 1-3, 4-6: fastest (3,6) 75-80%
- "Descending": the first is easy, the second is harder, the third is hardest
6x50, odds-drill, evens-kick


Main set (x2):
1x200 85-90%
2x50 easy
2x100 85-90%
2x50 easy

Cool down:
200 easy swim

Total yardage:
2400 (x1 main set)
3000 (x2 main set)
